They look like dark robes, that when worn by a character make them appear like the name in the title of the item. (on Halloween)
ie:Wearing the Cyclops costime (robe) you will appear as one on screen. (on Halloween)
The guard-whacking hilarity potential is off the hook. If only they came with sound effects.
