The potential for revenue generation is high for several avenues.
You could run a solid silver weapon/bandage/reagent/scroll vendor here. Or you could use it as a safe house to farm the undead with relative ease.
Then there's the PK potential if you should be so inclined, to take the easy pickins of Vesper GY hunters.

Or, as I was thinking, UWL would fit well there.

As the person who bid a tower deed, I would have zero interest in a vendor here or anywhere. I like housing in unique locations and have amassed a few of them at this point. And this is a very unique location imo. Personally, it's not like GLD is really an object on this shard. I'm considering outbidding Doc...
