Mage Guildmaster location?

So, I've been searching for a mage guildmaster for over 3 hours and can't find any anywhere. Both of Britain's mage shops, Vesper, Moonglow, Skara, you name the mage shop and I've been there with most shops containing two alchemy vendors, 1 mage vendor, and 0 mage guildmasters. Do they exist? Is there a guaranteed spot I can find one?

They should all have one. 2x click the mage to bring up the paperdoll and it should say on their paper doll.

I see, I did find one with this message, just thought their name would have it over their head like the blacksmith guildmaster. I tried to join the mage guild but the guildmaster said I was too young?
