This auction is for a tower and two L shape house placed east of del ent, south west of trins, the pic include has the 3 lrg house and 4 smalls circled, there are actually 5 smalls that i own around this lake valued at deed, if you do not want them then ill just rip them up after deal is done.

Also there are 2 circles indicative of spots for L shape house close by, one has an L on it the other a small to block, these are not necessarily need for a deal to be made, but if interested in them as well we can talk.

the owner of the other tower basically refreshes, and i've seen little traffic except runners from del to trins or opposite
spawn is typical swampy stuff, serp, snake, gators, but not to bad, been here for at least a year or more

seller reserves right to cancel, refuse bid, or bidder

I will be buying the group of houses for the cost of houses plus one lshape and one brick deed

agree, smitty1 will pass L house and Lrg first then trade deed for house one at a time

smitty1 gave tower L and lrg for tower, then we went house to house and trade deed for deed for the rest of the lot, 10 houses in all making for 10 smooth trades he gave deeds then i gave house.
