There already is, it just hasn't been updated in a while. Also Smithy doesn't play anymore, so any Smithy vendors are illegit. Also the Patio just north of Yew bank, formerly Bigoud's is a scam vendor also.

I use to sell full runebooks, but they were a pain to make with a very small profit =/= time ratio, so I stopped doing it.

Making a full Tmap rune library sounds so tedious and annoying to me (recalling into spawns, blocked locations, silver serpents), that I was GLAD to get it for 50k.
