*SOLD* Moonglow Island Small Near Guard Zone

Selling this great Moonglow small just a screen away from the guard zone. Would be perfect for a fisherman or lumberjack. Little to no spawn, just the occasional mongbat or headless. Starting bidding at deed +5k. Buyout is 2 deeds.

Awesome smooth trade I gave the deeds first and got the house with no problems, very HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY seller.
