Hello, up for sale is this gorgeous large patio north-east of brit GY on grass directly beside mountains. Great spot to start up a provisioner, or for a new guild looking to start out. Pretty low traffic with both players and monsters. There is a nice mining nook just to the north of the home. I have yet to decide on a buy-out or even an end date for this, so feel free to post your bids or pm here or IRC. Once a reasonable bid comes in I will set the auction prices and times accordingly.
