IRC ERROR AGAIN? Please fix??

Flash policy problem. If you are the server owner, please read http://redmine.lightirc.com/projects/li ... structions. You need to install a flash policy daemon at flash.wildirc.net (port 843).

I tried that, downloaded mirc, set the server to irc.wildirc.net 6667 but when I used the command /join #secondage all I got was an empty room. I even did a channel list and there was no secondage listed. I havent used mirc for almost a decade, any idea what I did wrong?
