the only point of it would be in escaping to pass through things quickly if you hadn't any food items or were full
Like if you were a thief running through mobs and wanted to invisible on the other side so that the attention would be on your persuer. One or two is no big deal but if you lead a whole dungeon behind you it can get tricky...

anything with over 80 charges on it is rare. these pants are extremely rare. and yes, they're good for refresh as well. it's kind of a collector's item. i remember once i had a roberto alomar baseball card. turned out it was an error card and turned out to be worth around $400. now it's prob only 50 bucks but that's cuz the market crashed.
