The bag in the picture is the vendor contents of the neighboring home. This vendor is typically stocked with silver weapons, bandages and recall scrolls. (Not my vendor, I don't do vendors anymore).

Starting Bid (also reserve): One brick deed (144,500gp)
Buyout bid: Tower Deed (433,200gp)
Auction will close when buyout is met or there have been no bids for 24hrs


No shit the buyout is expensive, that's the point. If you don't want to pay that, just bid like anyone else. The money spent on the minimum bid can be made back in a few days if you really hit this spawn up a lot. This would be a killer house for new(er) players looking to farm up some mad lewts, yo.

Funny you should say that. I've sold this house twice now. Each time I've made a profit as the person sold it back to me at a loss.
