Reversed hallys is worth between 40-60k regardless of their stats, unless it is a high end one.
People pay for the reverse graphics and not for the extra magic on them, mostly.
But it's really the buyers market, there are a fair deal of rev. hallys out there and demand isn't that high.
And you can still get them.
