hmmm, I though Sebben gave this away for someone to benefit the shard. I know the guild NEW asked for it and was turned down.

I did give it to Hardcore thinking it would be a good spot for pirates. Apparently he sold it for profit and now it is being flipped again.

You and me both, pal. I gave the NEW stone to someone who I thought was gonna lead the guild in the right direction, only to dissappear days after he took control.

I was hoping to buy this and then attempt to resurrect the IL guild, but not meant to be I guess. Definitely a good spot, and I have fond memories of the guild.
