Because this was my first home, it has some sentimental value. I have a reserve price that's a bit higher than it likely should be, but if someone throws the right amount out there I'll gladly get rid of it. And if not, I'll just have a small to forever refresh! It does appear that there is a lull in the housing market right now, so I'm just crossing my fingers that this location just really appeals to someone. If you care to bid, please start it at a minimum of small house deed + 10k.
The run from the moongate is about 12 seconds on foot or about 6 on a horse. However it is just out of range to be considered a decent spot for vendors. It is a pretty convenient location for the starting player. The Yew Crypts are just a short sprint straight to the east.
