Seems they don't spawn with this many charges anymore? Or I've just been astoundingly unlucky in the past several weeks...

That's why I've posted it as a rare. In the words of Eo, this is like the +25 vanq of tele rings. A few exist with more, but at this point mid 20's to low 30's is a godsend. Anything more than that is unreal. It's almost more of a collector's item.

Agreed. I get maybe one tele ring for every 50 tmaps i do, and most charges i have been able to get on the ones i have be lucky enough to get was i think 8 charges in the last 6 months.
