New Player wants lots o stuff

Hello all. Im an old UO vet on Chessy from 97-2000 and then off and on for a few years after that. I'm a married 35/yo guy with a couple of kids, a mortgage and a few dogs. I don't have time to gather resources for hours and hours. Well I do, but I'd rather just play the game and explore. I have a couple of questions....

I know I am new so nobody will trust me yet, but is there a way I can get verified that I'm honest? I see you guys have brokers here so I thought there might be a way.

Am I allowed to buy gold/items/houses on here with IRL money?

If this is not allowed I apologize, lock this up and I won't post about this subject again.

The only way to establish a reputation is by conducting honest business practices over a relatively long period of time (a few months at least I would say).

Using real money to buy game items is not allowed under any conditions but there is no harm in asking this question so don't feel bad.
