Two Problem with Client/Server

Hi,

i have two problem:

1) When try to create a new Account show me that error



I have writed to Derrik and he say me i don't have any IP Problem then (maybe) I already have three Accounts, but i don't remeber they (2nd and 3rd). How can I check if really exist? How can I delete they in lastest options?

2) When i log in with my first (and only, i think) Account i see only two option for Shards, i don't have the Test Center, it's right?

I don't think the test server is always up. Just on occasional thing? And as to finding your other account names. Assuming you still have the same install from when you made them, they will be listed in your Ultima Online directory in the Desktop folder

Thanks for reply, i have two folder with two different installation (UO LastestVersion and SecondAge)
in the first i don't have any Desktop folder and in SecondAge i have that but only with my first Account folder/char files

Well the only other option would be to try variations of the one account you do remember, but with typo's, or see if Derrick can get you account names associated with your ip.

UPDATE: I think the new two account are,. just a say, new because say it's created by sevem minute, then i don't know why since an hour ago can't create they..

Steg, try creating another account name. The second account you're trying to create probably is an account name of another player. GL.

If you made them using the other install of uo try looking in your documents/EA games folder, the accounts for that client are stored there.
