No harm in trying to hype up a sale. Its unfortunate for the previous buyer to have over paid for this spot @ 300k+. He thought it would be a profitable vendor location and found out other wise. And as far as the house you are refering to Jupiter, it sold a few times after that listing for no more than that same price (deed + brick). +1 to Jupiter for his input and free advertising (with no despise towards you). Ill stay with my previous offer. Cheers
