Buying LP runebook

I am looking for a runebook or runebooks that have level 4-5 lockpicking spots only. From what I gather there are not to many of them.

There is a Vesper Library that has a great rune library, on the bottom floor it has a lockpick on a rune book with lvl4-5 chests. It is slightly SW of Vesper Guard Tower.

Go to KA Library in North Minoc and make a copy out of that.
