I have this just placed small one screen due south of minoc gate. I am hoping someone may like to consider this as a viable vendor spot. Apart from that it is nicely located between Vesper and Minoc, North of Vesper Gy and abounding with easy spawns for the beginner and lumberjacking opportunities.
