Hello. You can check out house deed costs following this link to find the house type you're looking for.
Houses here can be "re-deed", and the deeds sold back to the vendor for full price. In other words, people normally don't sell houses for less than the deed cost because they would be taking a loss.
People DO however offer to "lend" houses to new players for them to macro in. Or even better, join a guild like NEW, and have vetran players give you tips and help you raise skills in a secure environment.
