Plate Tunic of invulnerability

I had read that a Plate tunic of invulnerability no longer spawns. How much are they worth and is it true they no longer spawn. I appreciate any response from those in the know.

these still drop. i'm not sure on the price. Really depends on what rich dexer you're selling it to :)
