Best place to farm Vanq/Invuln?

I seem to recall that Destard or TerraKeep were pretty good back in the day..

I noticed it's very easy to get "silver" weapons in the Tera Keep (ie: "a silver broadsword".. no other mods), but as for power/vanqs, I suggest lich lords, dragons, ice fiends, and treasure hunting.
