On offer today is a placed patio south of Destard Range. This property is at the North end of the swamp which gives you close access to the Dungeon itself.

Normal resources are available, mining caves to the NW, N and NE, lumber fields above and fishing to the east. Creature spawn is moderate with the usual swamp denizens around.
