Why cant you Item id cloth anymore?

I dont remeber not getting a value on item id on cloth, masks. Why did this go in? I dont remeber that message at all when ideing cloth at all.

Why can you value all cloth items but not sandals anymore?

Ok seems its only blessed items that are affected, and that is new since i ided my red sandals before i bought them. So how come they are no longer idiable? Its not like they werenth at era.

So why the change?
