He transferred the houses first, then I transferred mine to him.
The deal happened about an hour ago and it went very smooth aside from my fumbling to find the right character to transfer the last house... but it thankfully didn't take too long.
Worm/TI_Smithy can be trusted with big real estate deals imho. He is a man of his word.
