Poison them, and then continue to keep them poisoned till they die. It helps if you can do melee damage too.

Not being able to cast magery in towns was a retarded aspect of T2A, but it is era accurate and therefore it has to stay.

LOSE THE RUNEBOOKS! IT'S NOT ERA ACCURATE EITHER!

It works both ways admins. Time to get on the ball. You can't pick and choose....

Runebooks did exist in-era. Spell damage in town did not exist at any time during T2A. Thus, it isn't even negotiable whether we have spell damage in town or not, but it is a point of negotiation as to whether we have runebooks or not, since it was era accurate either way. Since the existence of runebooks simply serves as a way to reduce the item count, and facilitate rune libraries, there is no significant impact to gameplay by having them as opposed to not having them.

You've posted this before but you are completely wrong.
And the last statement is totally uncalled for.
Please keep it on-topic.

If you'd like to discuss accuracy of runebooks in a mature manner i'd be happy to, but please rephrase in a new thread.

Either my memory is messed, or everyone is just pulling my leg. I do not remember runebooks during this era... I don't even think I used one until weeks into Ren. Maybe that's just how it happened, and I never knew about them for a while. I will read more carefully when discussing accuracies, but I still stand firm that I did not ever see them in T2A.

There is quite a few things that "my last statement" is needed for... many mmany more.

The staff do do a great job, but for theives to be able to steal and not be able to be hurt by pure mages is complete bullshit, you may say its in era but i never remember this. And if its in era, its still bullshit. Theres quite a few things that arent era accurate that are in this shard, I dont see why they are able to exist but this isnt able to be changed.

Solutions:

1. Stop banking at WBB, really.

2. Take note of thieves around you.

3. Stop banking at WBB.

Seriously.

My expectations? Doesn't your main site say that the goal is to be 100% era accurate? Why would you ever think that I expect anything from you? I am not Hemperor, I do not expect anything from you. I am here as an observer, whose memory of UO is all of a sudden wrong. Ill just go back to waiting for Darkfall.
