Selling EPIC vendor house by Yew Moongate! [SOLD]

Hi all,

I am selling this epic vendor house by Yew Moongate (East). Reason I sell it is because I try gather money to buy bigger house myself. I camped this house for 4 weeks till the owner finally didn't refresh it and it collapsed. So if you don't want to spend 4 weeks to find the best spot for your vendors, this is your chance!

It's just by the moongate, exactly 5 seconds away (1 screen), the L shape to its left is a rune library (all interesting locations besides t-maps), sees quite a lot of traffic etc.

I will leave this running for a few days or till it's sold. Reason that I don't put a B/O is because I'm new player and I have no idea how much it's worth. However, if I see a good offer I will sell it.

Transaction can be done by either announcing it in this thread or with a broker.

I reserve the right to not sell the house if I see fit (ie low interest).
