You can create a starter tamer with 50 taming/50 magic.
Go over to Papua/Del and tame one yourself. In fact, you
can tame horses/ostards at 50 for all your chars and never
have to buy another from a stable or players.
You will have to train up the chars stats a bit, but that
doesn't take much time.
Upper Moonglow magic will get you over to Papua.

Your welcome!
I should say that you will have to exit T2A on a mount from Del not
Papua magic, as the mount will stay if you try and exit there. Threw
Del you can ride out thru the cave.

yh dont go trough dell pass... insta death... for a while now someone been there with bunch of WW's so unless ye wanna die dont that dell cave pass
