Selling this L-Shape/ Two Story.

It has ruins right behind it, not too much spawn, a wandering healer, and it's pretty quiet. Overall, a very nice mid-size house to own!

S/B: x2 L-Shape Deeds
B/O: x2 L-Shape Deeds and x3 Small Deeds
Inc: 5k or 10k

Bidding Ends 24 hours after last bid, or if I feel like selling earlier. The winner will hand me the deeds and any gold at a safe bank, then I transfer the house.
