UOSA Test shard?

I know Im in the wrong forum, but I figured Id get a quicker answer. What happened to the test shard where everyone could go mess around with builds, house placement etc? I just tried it and its like, not really technically there.

its not functioning as a test server for players. just for Derrick to test patches

Its been gone for more then a year now since some people only played the test server where you dint risk loosing anything instead of playing the real server.
