This is an amazing spot for resource gathering.

Lumber and ore galore not to mention regular forest spawn (mongbats and orcs at the worst).

Easily worth 3 small deeds.

Ty sir. It was a great spot for mining. I had a skeleton from some t-mapper, and the odd ettin or ogre. But there were also sheep in there attracting random mobs.

Im withdrawing my bid, i have no problem with the price or the seller, i just don't need to buy at the moment.
