[SOLD] Resourceful Million Dollar Tower

I can't say enough about this property. You have your own private, huge mine. The ocean is literally 2 tiles from your house. Inb4 "LOS" (I'll place boats). Inb4 "omg spawn fire isle", this side of the mountain has 0 spawn (4th house I've placed here), and the only loot was 70k ingots (lots of iron, shadow, verite, and agapite). Whether you want to mine, mib, or live secluded on an island, this is the spot for you. Be the envy of your peers by being the only tower on that side of the mountain.

SB: 1 mill
BO: 2 mill
I do accept silver as currency at 15.5 per.

That thing fell? I was just there yesterday AM and it was greatly worn. Son of a gun..

If that's true, then the house was demolished, it didn't IDOC. Unless you were there in the wee wee hours of the morning yesterday.

Couldn't have been there at that time. It was greatly worn around 4AM, it went IDOC at 10AM. (10:17AM)
