Today on the block I am offering this great home to the public. This home boasts roadside view and is located just across the road from the Yew Lich Ruins. Also the Orc Fort is located nearby, the local orc clan keeps it very busy. The Yew township and graveyard reside a short walk away as well.

This home is set in a lumber abundant forest, populated also by skinable spawn. Mountains near by will provide a great yeild as well for any adventurous miner. The Lich Ruins themselves are a goldmine and great place to raise skill. They respawn at a decent rate and it seems a wandering healer is literally always nearby.

Shadowclan orcs are very interested in this location ! orc life is tough, but having huts nearby for resupplying is a tremendous help. with the growth of our clan, we are in need of more houses near our fort ... plz plz sell to us! we have 2 small house deeds for trade.

I would have sold to the Orc Clan out of respect if I would have got home before the next bid came through...

Thank you for bidding reguardlessly - I wanted to see this one go. I really thought it was a good spot. Though the ruins are not directly on screen they are literally a leap away it seems to me.

This is a good $$$ spot for anyone who can farm a lich.

Or on the flip side, any PK who wants to lurk permanently around the area could use this as well.

also the guardzone is prolly alil closer and is a short leap away as well...
Its saved my but a few times as I am the worst PVP'r on the server
And the worst house security person... lol @ Nadia's House Cleaning Service

But I know a good home when I see one... and I got a great memory of Rares... Makes me the most TRAM of All Time
