Selling Small North of Shadowclan Fort to Vishakt

Posting this here for confirmation of a housing deal struck between Vishakt and myself.

Selling a Small 7x7 North of the Orcfort for 2xDeed.

He will transfer 1 deed, I will transfer the house and he will transfer the second deed.

UOSA: 2009 - Present (OLD (Retired), ^I^ (GM))
