3 Smalls on same screen, CAN fit SOLD

I have all 3 houses on the same screen, you can fit 4 smalls here. I have tried to place an l shape here but just cant make it happen, That's not to say it cant be done.
Would like to sell as one unit if possible.

Thank you for the bid, during server wars I placed 3 houses on the grass. with the one in the front that's how you get the 4 on. I just don't have enough char spots to place them all.
