Yeah I'm with Mortiki. I would offer B/O, but it seems a bit silly for me to spend so much on a small when I'm still yet to buy my first 3 room brick.

But, I would rather keep this than let it go for less than the B/O, even if I didn't use it much.. it's just a house spot on one of 15 chars.. I guess once you already have 14 castles and a keep, and are about to bid on castle #15, it's time to let it go for less
