Master and Grandmaster baiter

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

Master and Grandmaster baiter

This may be client side, but at OSI fishermen were called baiters, they are now called fishermen. Likely because being a master baiter is hilarious, and OSI loved taking the fun out of UO.
