Located just a few screens north of MyM dueling arena... this patio house has water access for MIB's, trees for cutting, duel arena for dueling, and (of course) has that coveted patio for effective looting. The porch doesn't allow view inside the home, and I tested it (as best as I know) to be just fine n' dandy to any LOS issues due to water being nearby.
