UO Second Age

This house features:
- Quiet part of the island.
- One of only 13 houses on the whole island.
- Since making the house public 2 weeks ago only had 5 visitors of which most were people I sold stuff to through my vendor.
- Only one direct neighbour.
- Medium spawn around it, including a wandering healer.
- Great waterfront to relax and fish.
- Great for pirates and people with strange hobbies.

For this auction:
- Please do only bid in increment by atleast 5k.
- This auction will go for a maximum of 7 days.
- I reserve the right to not sell the house, or finish the auction earlier.
- The winner of the auction will hand over the gold/deed before I transfer the ownership, or if the winner wishes the deal will go through a broker. Broker costs are then to be paid by the winner.

Starting bid is deed + 5k.

13 placed houses is up a little from the norm. I would venture to guess at least 10 more can be placed.....

100% correct lol I've found 6 spots that I can place smalls at in the jungles all over the island and tbh I wasnt even trying hard. I do agree that his advertising is worth a lil bit.
