Ex-metro player - need some help starting

Some names you might know me by are Purist, Walmart Employer, Released, and Vlastslav. I played metro for about 2 years and quit when the server wiped. I recently tried divinity which was just utter fail on everything UO. Im going to bring my guild here maybe 5-7 people, can someone help me out with some gold or a macro house? Would be greatly appreciated, my aim is RLSD RLSD.

Purist you are going to get alot of negative replies on your post. We see 1 or more of these a week.

Most people on this board started from scratch with no handouts. Typically there isnt a real warm welcome to "e-begging" threads... I know that sounds harsh and i hope it doesnt discourage you from playing here... There is a great player base here... The reason is most started from scratch and worked on their own to be in the position they are in.

I have personally seen a house i bought for a new player idoc and more than once seen players ask for help and then quit the shard a week or so later with no word.

So, if you want to form a hunting party or need some help getting the basic scrolls and some newbie gear id love to help you get on your feet. Im just not in to the handouts.

Understood, and ive already started up the hardway thats fine. I only ask because I spent a rather long time dedicating my playtime to freeshards and the one I was on got wiped.

That is freakin hilarious. This is probably the single most hated player in the history of Metropolis. Either him, or Blue Cadet Three, beyond that, I really don't remember names until someone mentions them.

Rest assured however, he wasn't hated for lack of contribution to the shard. He was hated, because, unless you had 92 greater cure potions on you, your ass was going to be running.

Glad to have him aboard. And I just started two weeks ago myself.
