Fire Isle Ocean View L-Shape

So, here's the deal:

a) You have one neighbor in this very private, large area who just refreshes his 1337 decorated tower (trust me I've waited to IDOC him several times).
b) You're 1 screen from the deep sea.
c) You have a frikkin natural pond in front of your porch.
d) Lawn service comes with your trimmed bush that offers you shade for picnics in front of your pond.
e) It's for sale.
