Up for auction is a great starter setup for an aspiring guildmaster... real life buddies... or anyone who wants to (finally) upgrade to a larger home and still have their small house too.

This is a great opportunity for anyone like this because this auction has an L-shape home and a small house nestled up beside it.

This is also a potential opportunity for people who know how to place houses well to place a large brick next to the l-shape.

The land that these two houses are placed upon are from two larger houses that collapsed. There was originally an L-shape above that tree (the tree I am talking about is between the L- Shape and the small in the picture)... and a large brick house below the tree. You can pace it out and it seems like it would fit... but alas, I couldn't manage to place it. The plot below the tree can hold a large brick house just fine, but not a patio.

The point is that you just MAY be able to drop the small and move the L-shape north above the tree and place a large brick there instead. I had trouble with it... but maybe you can?

I am selling it as is though. IT is pretty sweet if you think about it!
There is a large front yard.
