Set 2:
6x pieces of hue 18 furniture: 2 Chests (wooden shipwreck not crafted), 4 Tables.

SB on these items is 2.3 mill and the BO is 3.3 mill




Set 3:
2x pieces of hue 33 furniture: 2 Chests.

SB on these is a castle deed and the BO is 1.2 mill




Set 4:
7x pieces of hue 13 furniture (with an option to buy of 3 more tables): 2 Chests, 1 Wooden Box, 2 Chairs, 1 Stool, 1 Cushion Chair

SB on these is 3 mill and the BO is 3.7 mill. The option to buy tables will come at an additional cost of 1.2 mill.
