There is honestly nothing I don't like about this guy. He was willing to deal through two reputable brokers whom I mentioned. That said, they weren't on when I logged on to do the deal, so I decided to transfer the deeds first and let the chips fall where they may. I transferred first, and Systran immediately transferred the houses to me in rapid succession. The whole thing went down very quickly, easily, and without incident.
I would definitely feel more than comfortable doing business with Systran in the future, and greatly appreciate his fair dealings throughout. He is a gentleman and a scholar, as well as a first-rate businessman.
