Acidbath has agreed to purchase this home (fire island) -

He will be doing 10 weekly payments of 50k which will be posted and confirmed in this thread.

Acidbath also put down 50k which leaves a 500,000k Balance (including all interest, taxes, and fees) on the home! After the balance is paid in full, the home will be fully transferred into Acidbath's name (co-ownership in the interim).

Acidbath will post back to this confirming!

Adding that home to the loan for 480k including all interest. Acidbath is putting down 35k which adds 445k to the balance making a total of 945k to both homes.

He'll post back confirming.
