I got it from a guy that logged out a year ago and just started logging in again.

It appears that Arthur from IRC pulled a quick one on ol GK. TUrns out that there is a fishing quest in Vesper at teh docks that has you fish stuff like this up. It decayed before the day ended.

I am officially putting King Arthur on the no fly list. :)

He actually used main irc to do it. He used this IP KingArthur [~[email protected]] entered the room.

Someone mentioned that it is most likely sultan of swing.
