1) Buying (or pretending to) something, 2) getting (and keeping) said item/s and 3) not paying (gold or $ is irrelevant) is considered a scam by most people in the world.
If you plain up say "haha not paying" or do it in an elaborate way "haha not paying and getting you banned" really doesn't change the fact that you fulfilled every required step of howtoscam101.

If your mad about the way Staff handled this, talk to the staff.

Calling me a Scammer for reporting someone is just shows how little respect you have for the Server, the Staff and the Players.

EDIT: and the Rules, we cant forget how little you care about those.
