Oil and Lanterns...

Am I the only one to notice that the provisioner does not sell Oil for lanterns? There should be Oil (I think that was the name) and it looks alot like hair-dye except a slightly different graphic, and you use it on a lantern to give it one more real-week of light. Just thought this was odd, or mabye the provisioner I checked was sold out?
