He roars when you come near him, or he'll make some other dragon sound. It is newbiefied, but does not make noise at people if they come near you and its in your backpack. He can be turned off and on while it is locked down.
To get one with silver, it would take 200 coins which last I saw went for 21k each so the dragon is a 4.2million value + the difficulty in finding sellers for that much silver.
