why is this worth 3x deed to you?

I don't see how you can place a larger home here

If you Think you will get a large house for 3x small deeds ill have to tell you Think again.

Its 2 screens from britt guard zone, Close to britt west bank and 3 screens from britt moongate.

Also if someone wants to own the area as Cave did.

you completely missed my point... but that is fine. I hope you get 10X for this house, but I have my doubts that 3x deed will be paid out.

It is close to the guard zone and gate.... but even then it is a stretch.

The other houses you posted didn't sell.
